Available in person when possible, where I bring my hands-on approach and individual exercise delivery to help you maximise the impact of your technique, or twice weekly through Zoom, I’m here to help you start your journey towards a stronger, healthier body right now, so you can feel reinvigorated and re-energized.
When possible I offer small, adult Pilates classes in South Gloucestershire, but you can also join classes online, and for those with more specific needs, I’m also available for 1:1 consultations too. You can use the link below to book your class.
